ABOUT ROOKBEARE FARM ICE CREAM AND SORBETS
Rookbeare Farm is an independent family run business who make sorbets and ice creams of uncompromising quality and purity.
The Jersey milk used is naturally much richer and creamier than ordinary milk and
so is perfect for ice cream. The basic mix is made with fresh milk from Jersey cows,
fresh
double cream, fresh free range eggs, unrefined cane sugar, skimmed milk powder and
thats all. There are no artificial additives of any kind, simply a pure clean taste.
All flavours added are natural and authentic and selected for their quality
and taste
Made with the farm's own clear sweet spring water and
bursting with fruit, the sorbets
have an unrivalled clean fresh taste.
No gums or thickeners to clog the palate, and
of course no colourings,
flavourings or preservatives.
All you can taste is the fruit!
